Share-gating and Like-gating has been the underpinning behind the success of many of our applications.  This week we launched the first YouTube subscribe-gated sweepstakes for client Live Nation. This social media application centers around getting fans to automatically subscribe to a Youtube channel as part of a sweepstakes. Fans must both connect using Google API and fill out the entry form before they are officially entered into the sweepstakes. The entry process automatically subscribes them to the Live Nation Youtube channel (similar to how our Tweematic applications require users to follow an account on Twitter). Main Screen
Fans are required to connect using their Google account to enter the Live Nation Youtube sweepstakes.

Google Authorization Screen
After being prompted to log into Google, fans give the application permission to manage their Youtube account. This allows us to automatically subscribe them to Live Nation's Youtube channel (or access and import their video content).

Entry Form
Fans then complete the entry form to complete their entry.

Sharing
Once fans have entered the sweepstakes, they are encouraged to share their entry with friends on a range of social networks.
