We build a lot of photo booth applications (especially around Valentine's Day). We recently deployed a unique photo booth application for UMG Jaz label Blue Note Records at https://www.facebook.com/bluenote/app_492061697577448

The idea is simple -  allow users to upload their photos (or use their webcams) to created personalized versions of classic Blue Note album covers as part of Blue Note's 75th anniversary celebration. Users can then share their creations on Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest and have them featured in the photo gallery.
