We have used widgets very successfully in the past to promote album premieres (using both audio and video). These have included a QR-Code driven premier and sweeps for the release of the Pistol Annie's Hell on Heals album, Kellie Pickler's 100 Proof premiere, Miranda Lambert's Four the Record and a video widget for Kellie Pickler.

We recently launched a HTML 5 version of our premiere widget for the release of the Pistol Annie's new album: Annie Up. This widget is unique for a number of reasons:

• It builds on the success of similar promotions we have done in the past using our Flash-based widgets
• It is built on HTML5 and leverages technologies used by the client, including Soundcloud (audio), Google Analytics (tracking), and Sony's listserv engine (sweeps)
• Scalable and secure (to prevent hijacking)
• Support for both audio and video
• Easy to deploy and distribute
• Flexible embedding options (Javascript, IFRAME, i.e.)
