Our voice and texting applications have been used by artists like Justin Beiber, Florida Georgia Line, Tim McGraw, Schoolboy Q, Scotty McCreery, Dierks Bentley, Mariah Carey, Jason Derulo, Sevyn, George Strait, Steel Panther, Young Jeezy and many other leading artists. These apps have allowed artists to engage fans via their phones, allowing fans to preview new music, leave messages, opt-in to receive updates, and even have a conversation with the artist!

We have recently productized some of our phone and text response technology, allowing artists and labels to directly, securely, and anonymously have two-way conversations with fans. Using the Metablocks Voice and Text Manager, artists and labels can log in to the system, listen to and preview message transcripts, and respond to fans via call or text.

Voicemail Manager
The voicemail manager provides a powerful view into incoming voice messages generated by fans as part of a campaign. The idea is that artists and labels can now quickly identify and listen to good messages, feature or download them for use on their social media channels, or reply to the message by calling the fan back. Our system masks the call so it originates directly from our system, and not your phone number, protecting your privacy.

Text Manager
The text manager is similar to the voicemail manager, and allows clients to view, feature, and respond to incoming text messages from fans.
