Using Instagram applications, especially on Facebook, is a great way to promote an artist tour schedule and create user interaction that builds on user generated content. The notion is simply:
- Encourage fans to share tour photos via Instagram
- Aggregating the Instagram feed on Facebook using a Metablocks application
- Encourage fans to share comments and discuss the tour on the same Facebook page
This is the same concept we deployed for One Direction as part of their #LWWYBooth campaign (Live While We're Young Booth).
