We recently responsible for creating a phone hotline for K.Flay's latest album. The hotline was used to give fans an exclusive preview of the album and then 12 days before the release of the album, K.Flay had a countdown on her hotline, each day sharing a story behind one of the songs on the upcoming album.

On launch day, she used the hotline to have fans call and talk to her live and stream it all on Facebook (see video below).  She did a phenomenal job of promoting the event on social media.

In the background, our software that powered and routed incoming voice calls and user interaction allowed K.Flay's label and management teams to effectively manage, then screen and then transfer incoming fan calls to K.Flay.  Our incoming call manager provided simple but powerful click to connect functionality including logging, real-time information gathering/display and management of incoming calls.  Fans never received a busy signal but a message from K.Flay encouraging them to call back.
