This is a good example of a multi-step GIF builder we deployed in the past for the band Kongos.  The ideas is that fans can create and share user generated GIF content (and enter to participate in a sweeps) in a simple 3 or 4 step process.

Fans are first asked to choose an animated GIF background, then a lyric an an intro GIF.  The GIF maker then assembles the pieces to create the final product.
