Application: Luke Bryan's "Party Cards"

Overview

Photos are becoming the "new video" on social networks like Facebook and Pinterest. Pictures can easily boost engagement and even garnish more likes, so it makes complete sense that more and more artists (and brands) are looking for opportunities to have fans create and share their own user generated images.  While our line of photo booth applications serve exactly that purpose, our new line of song card and ecard applications are sometimes a quicker and easier way to enable this type of interaction.

This Facebook application we developed for UMG Nashville country music artist Luke Bryan is a great example. Building on visual motifs already popular in this genre, the Luke Bryan "Party Card" application lets fans create and share (on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest) humerous branded cards from the artist as a way of promoting his new album.  You can check it out here: http://meta2.us/party
